LICENSE AND USE OF OUR MACHINE EMBROIDERY DESIGNS
You must have an embroidery machine in order to use these designs. These are digital files and not a finished product. Our designs may NOT be purchased and brought to someone else to put on a product. They are licensed ONLY to the purchaser of the designs. If you would like something stitched onto a product, please have the person doing the embroidery purchase the files.

We will not forward purchased designs to any email address other than the one used to purchase the designs.

DESIGN SHARING POLICIES

Our digitized embroidery designs, either purchased or free, MAY NOT be sold, traded, shared, given away, or included in any design set. This includes purchasing with the intent to copy and share with your family or friends. You may not use ANY portion of our design or our exclusive artwork as a basis to create a new design and call it your own.

Please note that we will not respond to emails with order issues in which two parties split the purchase with the intent of sharing designs.

You may not alter designs and call them your own or sell the altered designs. You may, of course, edit the designs for your own personal use.

By purchasing our designs, you are purchasing a LICENSE to use them. Only the actual purchaser of the designs holds this license. This license is NON-transferable.

GIVING OUR DESIGNS AS A GIFT
Please note that due to the digital nature of our products, it is not permissible to purchase our designs and give them to another individual, even as a gift. If you would like to give a gift from our website, please purchase a gift certificate for the recipient. Please follow the instructions on the purchase page and make sure to use the *recipient’s* email address.

USING OUR DESIGNS ON ITEMS FOR SALE
We encourage the use of our designs to be stitched on items you sell! Our designs MAY be stitched on items to be sold as long as they are not mass-produced (i.e., hiring someone else to sew the designs or sewing them on a production line). As long as only the individual purchaser sews the designs, there is no limit to the number of times you may stitch them on items.

Refund Policy
Because you will receive a digital copy of an Item purchased, all Items are sold “as is” and we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent.. You assume responsibility for your purchase.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

Specific terms stated on a specific digital product: Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee.

Non-delivery of the product. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded;

Download issues: it may happen that you are having problems while downloading the product. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason;

Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for such issues. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at the customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered;

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted at Contact Us within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use / Privacy Policy.
