On this page, we’ve collected some of the most often-asked questions that we receive regarding embroidery designs.

How will I receive my embroidery designs?

Your designs are available for instant download immediately upon purchase in your account. You must be logged into your account to download your designs?

You can download “all formats” OR simply choose from the download buttons which format you’d like to download. Since we offer unlimited downloads, you may come back at a future time to choose another format if you have more than one machine or your format needs change.

Will your designs work on my machine?

While we cannot advise on specific machines and software, your machine should accept one of the formats we offer. We provide our designs in all major machine formats including art, dst, exp, hus, jef, pcs, pes, sew, vip, vp3 and xxx. If you have any doubts, please write us to ensure that the design suits your machine.

Why doesn’t my embroidery design match the color chart sequence?

Some embroidery software programs, such as Premier+, have an automatic feature checked by default to “color sort” your designs. So if you meet some troubles it the design feel free to contact your personal manager to resolve all the questions.

Are your designs manually digitized?

YES! All of our designs are manually digitized. Great care is taken in state-of-the-art software to precisely digitize each design with accuracy, minimization of unnecessary jump stitches, and proper settings to ensure a delightful stitch out for you.

Are your designs test-stitched?

YES! Absolutely. Every single design has been thoroughly tested by us and stitched repeatedly until they are satisfactory for release.

In the infrequent event that you have any issues, it is most likely that it is caused by stabilizing, materials, or machine tension. In any case, you are free to contact our managers to clarify and get some advice on the embroidering process.

Can I resize your designs?

We do not recommend resizing the designs to maintain the integrity of the design. We are UNABLE to do any custom resizing. Please note that if you choose to resize our designs, you do so at your own risk. We only guarantee the quality of the designs in the sizes we provide and test.

What if I am not satisfied with the stitching quality?

In some very rare cases, there might be some specific differences or some machine option adjustments needed. If you have any questions about the design you are free to contact our managers they will forward the issue to the technical team, who will give you some advice and suggestions on how to reach a perfect stitch.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

I’m sorry, NO. Due to the electronic nature of our product and it’s ability to be reproduced, there are NO refunds or exchanges.

We are extremely firm on this policy. PLEASE carefully review your order or ask questions PRIOR to purchase.
